Work on display by more than 30 artists, including artists working in Cornwall today and from the earlier St Ives Moderns period. Many of the artists associated with the gallery will be showing new work alongside some of the major names from the Post-War period.

JOHN WELLS - Works On Paper

Founder member of the Crypt Group (1946), during which time he was closely associated with Naum Gabo, Barbara Hepworth and Ben Nicholson, John Wells was one of the key members of the highly regarded Post-War St Ives Modernist period. The works in this exhibition cover the important time(1940s - 1970s) when the artist produced most of his major work.
